SAMESH have still not been able tor resume their face to face cooking classes for PLHIV & older LGBTIQ+ folk, so Paul is continuing to develop recipes for you to try at home. This week he indulges the sweeter side with a tangy crumbly blueberry cake!
Paul says: “This blueberry cake is very easy to make, and is surprisingly light – and tasty too! You can use fresh or frozen berries, and you can use any kind of berry you choose (or a mix).
Depending on how sweet your tooth is, you can also cut the amount of sugar in the cake mix by half, as the crumb topping adds further sweet sugary goodness.
Serve it on its own with a cup of coffee or tea – or have as a dessert and top it with a warm custard and cream.”
