During this time when SAMESH can’t hold their monthly cooking class for PLHIV and older LGBTIQ+ folk in person, Paul has been busy creating recipes for everyone to try,. This week he made an old favourite – stuffed capsicums, and also tried (and approved) a new dessert – strawberry shortcake.
The capsicums can be easily adapted to vegetarian using lentils or your favourite meat alternative, and the dessert can be made using frozen strawberries as well as fresh.
