G

Gay Asian Proud (GAP) & Thorne Harbour Health,  October 2021

A free online forum on how COVID-19 and vaccination affect and change the way Asian same sex-attracted men date and form intimate relationships.

About this event:

Apart from triggering mental health concerns, COVID-19 has made a tremendous impact on the way we interact and socialise. The international move towards a vaccination economy is encouraging individuals to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to participate in many aspects of civic life. How are all these changes and trends affecting the way Asian same sex-attracted men date, form intimate relationships, and connect with the broader LGBTIQA+ community?

Join this forum to understand the current attitudes and outlook amongst Asian gay, bisexual, and queer men. In addition, get to know the latest updates on PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) for HIV prevention. There will be a Q&A for participants to clarify any questions regarding PrEP use.

This event welcomes cis and transgender Asian same sex-attracted men of all ages and from all walks of life. It will not be recorded for on-demand viewing.

Please note this event begins at 5:00 PM South Adelaide time (graphic shows Victorian time)

When: Fri, 22 October 2021, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM ACDT
