All schools should have to provide SRE (UK)

In a new report, the House of Commons Education Select Committee has called for sex and relationships education (SRE) to become a statutory subject in all English state schools.

The measure aims to ensure appropriate curriculum time is devoted to the subject and that teachers get the training they need. It will ensure all teachers are trained to deal with homophobic and transphobic bullying.
