SAMESH still can’t hold their monthly cooking class for PLHIV and older LGBTIQ+ folk in person, so here are some more recipes for you this week.
Our inaugural cooking class guest chef, the illustrious GK, made this chicken dish for the special Feast Festival cooking class – you may have even been there. A tasty meal which is ideal for warming you up on these cold nights, with chicken and noodles! You could also swap out the vegies for what you have on hand.

This week’s vegetarian option is comes from Paul’s kitchen: delicious spinach and fetta parcels, for a meal or snack. These use only four ingredients, from the panty or freezer. Or you can use fresh home-grown spinach. An economical dish, they can be frozen for later if you don’t eat them all!
